A Calm, Private Space

Lived Experience, Professional Care
In my early twenties, I sustained a spinal cord injury in a serious road traffic accident, leaving me paralysed and living with a life-changing disability. This experience gave me first-hand insight into trauma, loss, and the challenges of adapting to profound change.
I know how overwhelming life can feel, yet I also believe there is always light at the end of the tunnel and new opportunities to be found.
Alongside my personal journey, I hold a Diploma in Sports Psychology, a Diploma in Social Care, and a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy, as well as certificates in public speaking. I have worked with sports teams and regularly speak to a variety of groups, combining academic knowledge, professional experience, and lived perspective to support others through their own struggles.
I offer a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel truly heard. Working from a humanistic, person-centred perspective, I place empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard at the heart of my practice.
